The focus of the event was to enlighten young minds about the critical need for water conservation and responsible water usage.
The highlight of the day was a model exhibition organized by IMAGIN , showcasing innovative and practical approaches to water conservation and groundwater recharge . The exhibition provided students with a hands-on experience, allowing them to understand the significance of preserving water resources in their daily lives.
IMAGIN , as the ISA of Jal Jeevan Mission in Murshidabad District , engaged the students of the school in a series of interactive sessions, imparting knowledge about the dire consequences of water scarcity and the importance of adopting sustainable practices. The students were enthralled by the various models on display, which depicted methods for rainwater harvesting, water recycling, and efficient use of water in households.
To further amplify the message, students took the stage with a captivating drama performance. The play was designed to instill a sense of responsibility and awareness among their peers regarding water conservation.
